The Nordic Master Programme in Intelligent Software Systems (NISS) is a two-year Master’s Degree Programme (120 ECTS) offered jointly by the Åbo Akademi University (Finland), Mälardalen University (Sweden), and University of Reykjavik (Iceland).
The programme is funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers through the Nordic Master programme.
The focus of the programme is to provide students with an excellence in scientific and industrial relevant domains, based on both theoretical foundations and practical experience with an international perspective, and prepare them to participate in building and managing complex and large software systems and infrastructures.
The programme targets students of all nationalities from both inside and outside EU-EEA area, including students from Finland, Iceland and Sweden.
N.B.: in order to enroll in this master programme a student has to be already enrolled in a master programme in IT at one of the three participating universities.
